A palette of pastel rock outcroppings and mud stone have been exposed hundreds of years ago by the San Andreas Fault. Pink, red, gray, brown and green colors adorn the canyon walls creating a spectacular wonderland of trails within the Mecca Hills Recreation Area of California.
